By accessing or using IAPDFONE X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. User Document Ownership
You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all documents, images, and data processed through IAPDFONE X. Because all primary tools operate client-side within your browser, no copy of your files is uploaded or retained on our servers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to process malware, illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the client-side code integrity of the application.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
IAPDFONE X is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
5. Legal Notice & Pre-Deploy Status
These terms are established as part of the Phase 14 Pre-Deploy Master Certification. Official jurisdiction and dispute terms are reserved for formal ratification by the product owner upon physical deployment.
